Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from CAFE SIMSIM LLC.

Standard Food Orders

Because food is prepared fresh and may be perishable, refunds are reviewed based on the circumstances of the order. If an order is incorrect, incomplete, or materially unsatisfactory, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be available. Catering and large orders may be subject to separate advance-notice, deposit, and cancellation terms disclosed before payment.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear.
